With their assistance, you will get the service you need. 

We offer our world-class support service via emails for now. When you purchase our theme, you will receive an email address. And you can use it to connect with us. This support extension works for one year. Afterward, you need to renew your license to continue receiving support and other updates. Also, you can get support from the .org forum while using our free theme. Besides, you can get the needed help from our site as well. 

Right now, we don’t have any phone support, live chat, or support via social media (like Facebook or Twitter). Rather, we have detailed theme documentation for your guidance. We highly encourage you to go through it while having any trouble or confusion.

Our Support Includes

Here is the significant support offered by SublimeThemes: 

  • Assist you with theme installation, theme setup, and configuration. This also includes minor modifications in the theme to make it function as you need.
  • Help you find the feature that might seem to be missing or not working. For having a clear idea of what features our themes have, you must read their details and check out their demo site. 
  • We are also humans and we do make mistakes. It’s our full responsibility to provide you with a quality theme, and we mark up to it. We use clean codes in our theme and test them multiple times before making them live. Despite that, if there is any type of issue (eg, bug, etc.), please do report us immediately. We will fix it asap and update them for future reference. 
  • You can share any other problems related to the themes or website with us. We will do our best to give you the proper guidance. All we want is our themes to work for your dream website! 

Note: However, SublimeTheme may change the Help and Support Policy with the need of time. So, we request you to be aware and updated about the changes.

Our Support Doesn’t Include 

The SublimeTheme support won’t be liable for: 

  • Making heavy theme customization or custom development or creating/adding additional features/elements. Such customizations might cost you extra for the service provided. 
  • Offering support for WordPress itself or any third-party themes, plugins, or scripts you might choose for your site. 
  • Don’t expect customization for functionality if it’s not already provided within our theme.

Hours of Support 

SublimeTheme is fully dedicated to providing you with reliable and instant support. We guarantee a response within 24 hours for our premium users. We can also follow up on the queries till the next day if necessary. We won’t back out till you get your answers/solutions. You need to know that as we’re Nepal-based, the standard time here is NPT. It means from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) of UTC +05:45. The official timing of our support is 00:15 AM – 7:15 AM EST. Remember, the response might differ on holidays and weekends.
