Furthermore, if you purchased the theme and experienced a technical issue with the respective product, we recommend you contact the support team and seek assistance. Our team will typically reply to you within 24 hours. We try to respond to every email sent to us, but still, if we don’t get a reply, please check your email’s spam or junk folder or try again to submit your message via support ticket.
Likewise, before making a refund request, you need to read our documentation of the theme you have purchased. Try to contact our support staff by opening a new support ticket. At last, make sure that your server meets the specifications required for the product and WordPress in general.
If the theme you purchased didn’t work properly or was broken, missing the features we described on the sales page, and our support team couldn’t resolve the issue, we will be able to refund you after 14 days from the initial investment. Our support team is always committed to solving your problems, and if you are still not satisfied, you will get a refund.
Refund on Subscription Renewals
As the product’s End User License Agreement states, to which the customer has agreed before subscribing, due to the nature of digital products, we cannot grant refunds on renewal payments after downloading the premium product and it is the customer’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before it renews.
Before automatic renewals, the system sends the email reminder renewal notice in this format giving enough time to cancel the subscription.

Cases for a Refund Disapproval
In most cases, we can help with the issues and assist you in using the theme. Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund for the following cases until you reach our support team about the issue, and we offer a solution to the problem.
We will not refund in the following cases:
- No refunds will be given after 14 days from the initial purchase.
- No refunds will be processed for Subscription Renewals.
- If you change your mind or you don’t want it anymore.
- If the item did not meet your expectations or the theme worked as described but didn’t meet your needs, we cannot provide a refund.
- If you bought the product by mistake, we are not able to refund it.
- If an issue occurs with third-party plugins, themes, or other software, we are not responsible for this issue.
