Getting Started
Welcome to the Presto theme documentation. Presto is the easy-to-use feminine WordPress theme for you. It’s an extensive theme with different unique multiple layouts.

Installation
You can easily install our theme.
Upload theme
- Go to Appearance > Themes in the WordPress Dashboard
- Click on the Add New button
- Click on the Upload link and select presto.zip
- Click on Install Now button
Activate Theme
Go to Appearance > Themes in the WordPress Dashboard.
Now, hover over the theme thumbnail and press the Activate button

Site Identity

This theme supports the default site identity given by WordPress. You can use Logo, Site Title, Tagline & Site Icon Upload which is supported in our Theme.
Second Logo: We have second logo option which is specially designed for Sticky header. You can only display Second logo when sticky header is enabled.
Logo Height: We have a logo height option as well. Logo width helps you to increase/decrease your logo width.
Site Title Font Size: You can change your own site title with this settings.
Homepage Settings
A static home page is like you are customizing the front door of your website. By default, your home page is your blog, but you can change this to any page you’ve created!
Set a Static Front Page
- Go to Appearance > Customizer > Homepage Settings.
- Locate the Homepage Settings option. (To see this option the site needs to have at least one published page).
- Select the A static page option, then choose your new page from the Homepage drop down.The preview window will display your newly selected page as the front page of your site.
- Click on the Save Changes button to save your homepage settings.

By default, the menus will fall back to Pages. You will only see all the pages as menus right after activation of the theme. You can select all the posts, pages, archives, categories, and custom post types as well.

Set up a Custom Menu
- Go to Appearance > Menus in the WordPress menu
- Click on Create a new menu link
- Give a name to your menu in Menu Name and click Create Menu button
- Now choose the pages, categories, custom links from the leftside of your screen by selecting the checkbox and click on Add Menu
- Click Save Menu after adding required pages, categories in the menu

Front Page Settings
Frontpage Settings in the theme control how your default homepage of the theme looks like. Here there are 3 individual settings for the theme.
Presto offers a wide variety of options on the Banner Section of the theme. You have four options in the Banner Option as shown in the image below.

Banner as Slider
Latest Posts
If you choose Latest Posts, all the recent posts you have published will be selected in the slider.

Category
If you go with Category, you can choose to select a category from which you can display the sliders as shown in the image below.

Pages
If you go with Pages, you can select pages from the list of pages in the repeater as shown in the image below.

Custom Slider
If you choose Custom Slider, then you can just create your own slider by adding an Image Title and Link.

Slider Options
You have numerous options in the slider. You can play with the slider settings and choose which fits you the best. You can check the below image to get some idea about the slider options.
Number of Slides: You can choose the number of slides on the slider from these settings
Similar Posts: You can enable this option to add posts included in the slider in the blog page too.
Slider Auto: Enable if you want your slider auto transition.
Static/Video CTA Banner
You can select Static/Video CTA Banner from the Banner Options. You will land up in the sections where you can change your static image with text, a short description Button, and alignments. You can choose Header Video as well where you can upload your own video(.mp4 extension) or you can add YouTube Video URL as well.
For static images, you can upload the image in the Header Image part.

Banner with Newsletter
You can select Banner with Newsletter from the Banner Options. You will land up in the sections where you can change your static image with a banner newsletter shortcode. You have options to choose numerous Banner Newsletter Layouts from here as well. You can choose Header Video as well where you can upload your own video(.mp4 extension) or you can add YouTube Video URL as well.

Featured Section
You can enable this section to display the featured section just below the actual banner/ slider in the theme. There are 3 options to display the Featured Content-Type. You can choose page/ post or Custom Featured Content to enable the Featured Section. You can easily create open the link in a new tab just by enabling the new tab feature and you can enable to remove selected posts from the blog page feature in posts as well.



About Section

You can easily configure the about section via navigating to the About Section in the FrontPage settings.
There are three options you can choose from in the customizer settings.
Enable/Disable: You can enable/disable the section using the Toggle.
Select Page: You can select the desired page to showcase on the front page.
Button Label: You can easily change the button label of the read more button.
Background Color: You can change the background color of the section.
Blog & Archive Settings

Blog and archive settings are settings for blog and archive pages on WordPress.
Archive Prefix: You can easily hide the prefix in the archive pages just by enabling the option.
Modified Post Date: You can easily show a modified post date just by enabling the option.
Blog & Archive Layouts: There are different Blog and archive layouts in the presto theme. You can easily choose the Blog & Archive layouts just by clicking and you will be easily navigated to the particular section.
Post Page Settings

Post Page settings are just specific to the Post and Pages on the WordPress settings.
Original Image Size: Enable this option to show the original size uploaded an image as a featured image on the post page.
Modified Post Date: Enable this option to show the modified post date on the post page.
Author Section: Enable this option to show the author section on the Single post page.
Categories: Enable this option to show the post categories option in the single post of the theme.
Tags: Enable this option to show the post tags option in the single post of the theme.
Meta Order: Drag & Drop items to re-arrange the order. Click on the eye icon to hide the element
Post Page Layouts: Here you can choose Post Page layouts from the layout settings to get the desired output for the settings.

Furthermore, Post page settings do have other extra features where you can edit several options. Some of them are
Adjacent Posts: Enable this option to display adjacent posts alongside post content.
Related Posts: Normally all the single posts do have posts that are similar in nature to the post you are viewing. So the Related posts options will allow you to display related posts. You can use either Category/Tags feature from where you can display the related posts.
You do have Related Post layouts settings as well which you can easily navigate from the options.
About Page Settings
Title Section
You can easily navigate to this settings via Appearance >Customizer > About Page Settings > Title Section.

Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > About Page Settings > Social Section.
Besides this, almost every piece of content is there from the content area itself. For Social Icons section.

Contact Page Settings
Contact Section
You can easily navigate to this settings via Appearance >Customizer > Contact Page Settings > Contact Section.

You can change Section Title, Section Subtitle alongside Contact Form Title and its shortcode in this section
Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Contact Page Settings > Social Section.
Besides this, almost every piece of content is there from the content area itself. For Social Icons section.

Layout Settings
In the layout settings you can choose the overall settings of the whole website in the theme.
Header Layouts

Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Layout Settings > Header Layouts.
Basically, there are 10 different header layouts that trigger the different headers in the theme. It’s a featured-packed header where there are elements like
- Primary Menu
- Secondary Menu
- Logo Upload Option
- WooCommerce Account
- WooCommerce Cart
- Search
- CTA button

Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Layout Settings > Banner & Slider Layouts.
Banner and Slider layouts are from the frontpage settings of the theme. It has numerous and multiple different looking style slider settings and can be easily coupled with the design you are looking for.
It is extremly modern and extremly good looking in the design way.
Blog & Archive Layouts

Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Layout Settings > Blog & Archive Layouts.
You can now specifically choose the Blog layouts and all the archive pages layout from the settings as well. It is extremely handy and has multiple layout options to make the theme more attractive.
Posts Layouts

Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Layout Settings > Post Layouts.
There are two different Post/Page setting layouts. You can easily configure the layouts from the settings here.
Additionally, there are options for related posts layout as well which comes under a single post page which can be seen on the bottom of the page.
Instagram Layouts

Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Layout Settings > Instagram Layouts.
We specialize on the most unique design for the instagram layouts. You can now showcase the instagram photos on the best possible way. There are total of 6 different designs in the theme.

Add dynamic sidebars. To use the added sidebars in the drop-downs below you need to save the changes and reload the customizer. You can add content to the sidebars in Appearance->Widgets. For this
- Go to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Layout Settings > Dynamic Sidebar.
- You can add new sidebars and select a sidebar in different Sidebars.

We offer several sidebar layouts in our theme. For this
- Go to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Layout Settings > Sidebar layouts.
- There are 4 different layouts for page and post. There are 3 different layouts for blog and default.
- Hit Publish after the changes.
Styling Settings

Typography Settings
We have given extended typography options from where you can change the entire Fonts it’s weight variations, Font types, Text transform, and Font Size options. We have given a total of 8 different options where users can change the Typography of Body and Secondary Font and in the content area, users can change the typography of all the headings.
Navigate Typography Settings via:
- Go to Appearance > Customizer > Styling Settings > Typography Settings section.
- Now choose the required Typography to make changes in the overall website.
- Save & Publish button to save the changes in your site.

Colors Settings
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Styling Settings > Colors Settings section.
- Now, choose the required colors for your site there.You can choose Primary Color,Background Color,Fallback SVG Color,Footer Text Color & Footer Background Color.
- Save & Publish button to save the changes in your site.
Background Image
Presto supports the Background image feature as well. For this
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Styling Settings > Background Image > Background Image section.
- Now, choose the required background image for your site there.
- After you have chosen the required background image for your site here, you can now click on Save & Publish button to save the changes in your site.

General Settings
Notification Bar

Presto provides support for the Notification bar as well for this:
- For this navigate to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > General Settings > Notification Bar.
- Enable the toggle to enable the feature of Notification Bar in the header.
- There are basically three fields first the description part second Button label part and third being the URL for the button part.
- Hit Publish button so that it can be reflected on the frontend of the theme.
Header Options

Presto have numerous options for the header part of the theme, For this navigate to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > General Settings > Header Options
Sticky Header: Presto has an extensive feature for sticky header where all the headers have unique sticky features with second logo upload options in the theme.
Header Search: Presto has a search functionality in the header part of the theme. You can now easily search and navigate to anything on the website with the search feature.
WooCommerce User: It is specially made to link the WooCommerce Account page in the Header part.
Header Cart: Header cart feature is specially made to show the count of the cart from any page in the theme. This feature is extremely helpful with the WooCommerce user experience part.
Header Button: It’s a unique lead generating button on the header part of the theme. You can easily create a call to action button from there if you enable the feature in the header part of the theme.
Header Layouts: Click on the Header Layouts anchor link to properly navigate to change the header layouts for the theme.

Breadcrumbs are integrated with the theme by default. You just have to enable the option to show the breadcrumbs. To do that
- Navigate to Appearance > Customizer > General Settings > Breadcrumbs Settings.
- You can then enable the option and configure Home Text and Separator from the settings.
- Hit Publish whenever you have finished your changes.

With Inbuilt Social settings features, users can create their social links in the theme in the Header and Footer part of the theme. For this navigate to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > General Settings > Social Settings.
Header Social Links: Enable Header social links toggle with show the social media on the header part of the theme.
Footer Social Links: Enable Footer social links toggle with show the social media on the footer part of the theme.
You can choose your own social media with your own link to promote social media marketing from the website or just to showcase the social media profile.

Here the theme allows you to add social sharing as well. For this
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout Settings > General Settings > Social Sharing.
- Enable to show social sharing buttons on single post page.
- Enable to show floating social sharing buttons on single post page.
- Enable to show open graph tags. Note:If you’re using Jetpack, Yoast or other plugin to maintain Open Graph meta tags then disable this option.
- Create your own social sharing. You can Drag & Drop items to re-arrange the order of social sharing buttons. To hide the social share click on the eye icon.
Performace Settings

If you want to make your website faster then there are some options you can explore. For this
- Navigate to Appearance > Customize > Layout Settings > General Settings > Performance Settings..
- Hit Publish after the changes.
Lazy Load: Enable this option to lazy load featured images.
Lazy Load Content Images: Enable this option to lazy load images inside page/post content.
Lazy Load Gravatar: Enable to lazy load gravatar image.
Defer JavaScript: Enable to add “defer” attribute to script tags enable this option which improves page download speed.
Disable Emojis: Enable to option to remove emojis across the site.
Disable RSSFEED: Enable this option to remove RSS feed across the site.
Disable Self Pingback: Enable this option to remove self pingback across the site.
Locally Host Google Fonts: Enable to load google fonts from your own server instead of from google’s CDN. This solves privacy concerns with Google’s CDN and their sometimes less-than-transparent policies.

We can have a newsletter section in the theme. For this
- Navigate to Appearance > Customize > Layout Settings > General Settings > Newsletter Settings..
- Hit Publish after the changes.
Newsletter Section: Enable this option to enable the newsletter section.
Newsletter Shortcode: Add Newsletter Shortcode.
Instagram Section

We can have an Instagram section in the theme. For this
- Navigate to Appearance > Customize > Layout Settings > General Settings > Instagram Section..
- Hit Publish after the changes.
Instagram Section: Enable this option to enable the Instagram section.
Instagram Designs: Disable this if you want the designs from the plugin itself Instagram Designs.
Instagram Title: You can add Instagram Title.
Instagram Shortcode: Add Instagram Shortcode.
Instagram Background Color: Add Instagram Background Color.
Instagram Layouts: Choose Instagram Layouts from Layout Settings.
Misc Settings

We can all the extra settings for the whole theme. For this
- Navigate to Appearance > Customize > Layout Settings > General Settings > Misc Section..
- Hit Publish after the changes.
Dark Mode: Enable this option to show the dark mode option.
Lightbox: Enable this option to show your image or gallery with a link to the media file in a stylized pop-up, that allows your visitors to view larger versions of images without leaving the current page.
PreLoader: Enable this option to show preloader on page load.
Admin Bar: Enable this option to hide Admin Bar in the frontend when logged in.
Sticky Sidebar: Enable this option to stick sidebar while scrolling page content.
Go To Top: Enable this option to show back to the top.
Pagination: You can select our pagination type. Right now we have 4 pagination types.
- Next/Previous
- Normal
- Load More
- Infinite Scroll
Shop Page Description: You can enable this option to add the WooCommerce Shop page description.
Analytics Settings

Paste your Google Analytics or other JavaScript code here. Please make sure your code is wrapped with < script > tags.
In Footer: If you want to add google analytics on the footer then tick this option.

You can change the footer copyright and use your own custom text from here. Use [the-year] shortcode to display current year & [the-site-link] shortcode to display site link.
Hide Author Link: You can disable the author link.
Hide WordPress Link: You can disable the WordPress link.
Widgets
By default, WordPress supports widgets. You can edit widgets in WordPress in two ways. You can either open a Dashboard and go to Widgets under Appearance Tab or you can do this with the help of Customizer. Here are tips on how you can do it with a customizer.
Adding Widgets via Customizer
- Go to Appearance > Customizer > Widgets in the WordPress menu
- To add a widget, first click on a widget area. In the panel, click on Add a Widget. The Customizer will show all of the available widgets that you can add.
- Scroll the alphabetized list of widgets on customizer, or else you can use the search field at the top to find the desired widget. Then, click on a widget to add it. The Customizer will then display a box to configure the widget’s settings.
- When you’ve finished updating these fields, click Close on the bottom left of the widget box. You can also reopen and update a widget using the small down-facing arrow, or remove it by clicking Delete.
- You can reorder these widget panels as well — hover over one and mouse-click to select and drag it up or down, depending on where you’d like it to display. After making your changes, don’t forget to save them by hitting the blue Save & Publish button at the top of the panel.

Additional CSS

You can just add your own CSS in Additional CSS.
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section.
- Now add your own CSS on Additional CSS section.
- After that click Publish.
